Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fletcher who has hired him part-time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: She got into the Carpenter business at a young age. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carpenter for the past few years.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
