History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
