When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Jane was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jane's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Jane and her spouse have recently divorced.
