When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Matilda speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Matilda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A 5'6" eastern woman, she wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She wears her golden hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Beatrice reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Beatrice and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is typically in his Slave Trader uniform. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has worked as a Slave Trader like his father before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new slave trader responsibilities is difficult
