Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Jeweler. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Frederick was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Millicent enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Description: This northern man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
