History: Born in the east to a Painter, Arnold learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult
