History: Raymond lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Conrad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Reynard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Reynard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
