Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.

Personality: Jocelyn is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense.
