History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and yellow handkerchief worn on his left side. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
