History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born in the south to a Bowyer, Egelina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Egelina took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She struck the Bowyer job and began her own company from there.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
