Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his mother's many stories. After coming to the age of reason, Hugh took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
