History: The child of a Server, who enjoyed hunting, Joan was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.
