Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Jeweler, but he got bored and became a Sage. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Assassin. He's also a talented Sage, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
