History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Juliana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her childhood dream was to be a Sailor, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.
