History: Born to a Marshal, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Herleva was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She tends to her Banker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He has taken up work as a Shoemaker and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
