She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age his father died while driving off some brigands. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in rapier use. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is unsatisfied with her job
