Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
