History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Balimaar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Lance enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Sarah speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Sarah is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by her family; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
