History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Juliana was taken on many hunting expeditions. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town.
