History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in.
