History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Egelina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
