Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a red shirt, with a violet mid length shorts with violet tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His auburn hair is cut short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Millicent is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has all her life been fascinated with music.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze, and is pretty ugly. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a green and pastel robe with the hood down. He is physically well-built. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Adelard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in the east to a Priest, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
