Description: 5'8" and muscular, this eastern man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Stableman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears dull grey sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shield, just in case. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat, and is pretty ugly. She keeps her auburn hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Map Maker business.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he very much looks the part of a Bookbinder. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to be a beggar again
