The war was a terrible time for her, and Juliana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Rosamund is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
