History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Mary never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Tanner mother left him crippled. Being a Knight kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
