History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Jacoba was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, Maynild learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has achieved small success as a Dilettante.
