Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Avelina was born with her mother's beautiful face. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Lewis and his spouse have recently divorced.

She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). During her travels, Katherine and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Katherine discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Katherine fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
