She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Anne and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugolina grew up listening to her father's many stories. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.
