History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
