History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tim. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rosamund embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the west

His hair is long and brown with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Laborer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has money and likes to spend it
