History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oriel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oriel. Being a Unemployed kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kyle embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kyle does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Hugolina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has worked as a Brewer like her mother before her.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and balancing her hectic life and new brewer responsibilities is difficult
