Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. A true patriot, William would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born into a rich family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Frederick hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career.
