Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Sybil was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her brown hair is braided into rings. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Alice was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Mayor. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull red iron scale mail. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her red hair is wavy and long. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Avelina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Sarah has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she's looking for her big break
