History: He was born on a small isolated farm. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he would like to get married and retire

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Egelina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
