Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears just a black suit. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Hugh hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
