Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears dull white sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed longbow, just in case. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Engraver profession.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student she started as a Engraver, but she got bored and became a Body Guard. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: He wears violet trousers with grey and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Theobald is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He struck the Interpreter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a blue tunic with white highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes, and is pretty ugly. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content
