History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. His hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
