History: Shane was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Shane and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She has a very tight haircut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Avice hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Avice took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now. She bought a shortbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Bernard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a black costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. He has no hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Richard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
