Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Charles was born with his father's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break
