He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
