Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Elysande was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Chad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Chad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Chad and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the west to a Healer, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Healer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Healer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
