History: Matilda hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting brigands, the young Matilda began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Her black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To end her boredom.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Slave Trader does. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Slave Trader. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to be a scribe again
