Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cook for the past few years.
