Description: This slender woman stands about 4'7". She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Heather lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is short and chestnut. His eyes are violet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and retire the richest man in the north
