History: Robert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
