Description: He wears grey trousers with yellow and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair is golden and very short. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a great chef.
History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a black shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She got into the Adventurer business at a young age. Millicent abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Adventurer.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She is portly but not overly obese. Her long black hair reaches down to her waist. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Isabella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Barkeep. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: Sarah hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She has worked as a Barkeep like her mother before her.
