History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Hubert was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
