Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her auburn hair is singed and shortened. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
