History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Avelina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Avelina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
