History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
